This 4-week group online workshop takes you thru powerful intention setting exercises, as well as identifying areas of resentment and guilt that can keep you stuck in old patterns. We will specifically be focusing on areas related to divorce. For maximum benefit, you will need to be prepared to share stories, unearth and sit with painful emotions, as well as write and share letters to yourself and those who have wronged you. Every individual will decide what to do with these letters once completed, and also end the workshop with their own stories of compassion, for themselves and others related to your divorce.
