Mind
We mostly live in our mind. It is a chatterbox that never gives up in reminding us of our past and of our mistakes. Did you know though that you do have the power to control it? You aren't your mind. Your mind is just thoughts and only you can believe them or validate them further.
I like to call my mind "Karen." When "Karen" is bored, jealous, judging, angry, sad, or even joyful and giddy, I still remind myself that my mind isn't really me. It's just a brain downloaded with all sorts of old beliefs, new beliefs, emotions and feelings. What happens in my mind, often trips up my body, which also isn't me. When it's my time to leave this earth, the only thing that comes with me is my soul. In order to stay in touch with my soul, I have to learn to manage my mind and my body. Both are connected. The mind directly impacts the body. Negative thoughts and holding onto old beliefs can cause physical ailments. Unpacking bad beliefs and negative thoughts can actually create healing in your body.
