This one-hour class will offer you new ways to better oxygenate your body. Improving our oxygen flow, not only assists your body in the healing process, but it also helps control your emotions, keep that monkey mind at bay, and help with meditation. If you struggle with meditation, breath work is a game changer and using both has been integral with my life-long struggle with depression and anxiety. If you already use meditation, and just want to go deeper, breath work will take you there! In addition, to the breathing strategies that will be offered, we will be using this time to use our meditation experience as a means of unlocking limiting beliefs and trapped emotions that hold us back from being our best selves.
